Proper maintenance keeps expensive systems reliable, safe and efficient. An experienced technician performs manufacturer's recommend work and can spot problems before costly failures occur. During a maintenance service call, I verify your system's proper operation and look for design flaws and potential problems. I make proposals for any needed improvements with reliability and longevity in mind. I strive for peak performance but I'm also firm believer in keeping it simple.
When things do need repair, it takes an understanding of the whole system to make sure any underlying problems are discovered and addressed. Don't waste time and money repeatedly replacing parts without fixing the root cause. I assure you, there are no mysteries in hydronics. Explaining things in understandable terms is an important part of my service. Let me check it out and I'll give you a written report, advice and a proposal if needed.
I can design your next system or evaluate an existing one. I can help you understand the available options and point out the critical details that help projects progress as planned.
Deciding when to replace or repair isn't always easy. My experience and knowledge can help you make informed choices.
I clearly describe what I will do and how much it will cost up front, in writing. After you have a chance to review my proposal and any and changes are made, we will sign a contract. The price will not change as long as the scope of work doesn't. It's on me to accurately estimate the time it will take to complete the project and how much materials will cost. You will know up front what the fixed cost is. Sometimes, diagnostics and exploratory work is needed before the full scope of work can be known. We will agree on the discovery effort plan and its cost in writing. Once the full scope of work is clear, a proposal is offered. If it's discovered that the scope of work needs to change, work will stop. We'll discuses the situation and a change order or a new proposal will be offered for your approval. I've worked this way for many years. It's a clear, fair, and efficient way to do business. I look forward to working with you.
